Connecting Australian growers with global expertise

Being a skilled, connected and innovative mushroom industry is critical to improving productivity and maintaining global competitiveness.

A new Hort Innovation levy-funded project will provide Australian growers and industry stakeholders with direct access to international expertise, practical training and global industry networks.

The Mushroom Training Capability and Knowledge Exchange Program (2026-2029) will strengthen the capability of the Australian mushroom industry by delivering educational and professional development opportunities for growers, compost producers, researchers and consultants.
