Matt Moran joins Plus One Serve

One of Australia’s most respected chefs, author and fourth-generation farmer, Matt Moran AM, has been announced as the new Ambassador for the Plus One Serve program, lending his voice to the national campaign encouraging Australians to eat one extra serve of vegetables each day by 2030.

The announcement, made at Hort Connections in Adelaide, marks another milestone for the evidence-based initiative led by AUSVEG and powered by co-investment from Hort Innovation. The program aims to improve the health of Australians while supporting the long-term sustainability of the nation’s vegetable industry.
